DICEwithoutNumber is operated by Loroman. This policy explains how the Bot handles data needed to provide its Discord tabletop role-playing game features.
The Bot may process Discord account, server, channel, and message identifiers; display names; command inputs and results; character, campaign, tracker, journal, and settings data that users choose to create; and support-ticket messages. When a feature requires message content, the Bot uses only the content needed for that feature.
Data is used only to operate and support the Bot, including saving game records, responding to commands, troubleshooting, and protecting the service. Operational data is stored in the Bot’s private database on the operator’s server. Access is limited to the operator and systems needed to run the Bot.
To understand reliability and feature use, DICE records daily distinct-account counts and command totals, excluding the operator's testing. These analytics do not store names, raw Discord account IDs, message contents, command arguments, or server/channel IDs. Temporary keyed tokens distinguish accounts and deduplicate requests within a Pacific calendar day; they are pseudonymous and are not used to link people across days. Daily tokens and keys are removed from the live analytics tables after the day ends, and aggregate counts are retained for 30 days. Database backups may retain earlier tokens and keys until those backups expire. Reports are private to the operator and are not shared with advertisers. This does not change the separate operational records described above.
DICEwithoutNumber does not sell, rent, or use Discord data for advertising. Data is not shared except with Discord to provide the Bot, with service providers needed to operate it, when you direct us to share it, or when required by law.
Data is kept only while needed for the Bot’s features, support, security, or legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by using /ticket and identifying the relevant server or character. We will process valid requests as required by applicable law and Discord’s developer terms.
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect data, but no system is completely secure. This policy may be updated when the Bot or legal requirements change; the current version will remain at this URL.
For privacy questions or requests, use /ticket in Discord.
